Before Unlocking Your device Bootloader, you should enable USB Debugging and OEM unlocking on your Device.
Go to settings > About phone > Build number-tap 7 times continuously and enable developer option on your smartphone.
Go to settings > Additional settings > Developer option > Enable USB debugging and OEM unlocking.
